Where to eat in Singapore? Look no further! I’ve tried some of them out for you and here’s my top for a long weekend.
Table of Contents
Malaysian Food Street @ Resorts World Sentosa (RWS)
For as little as 7 to 10 S$ you can have a filling and deliciously satisfying lunch at the tens of food joints in the Malaysian Food Street
Also, jelly coffee is so very popular in Singapore, you have to put it on your list.
Must try: Claypot Chicken rice!
Hidden gem : Founder Bak Kut Teh
You’ll trust me when I say you should go eat at Founder Bak Kut Teh !
The TripAdvisor ranking and small number of reviews do not do it justice, as we had the most delicious (and hot-dam spicy) pork and mushroom soup!

Have one for me if you do go. Yum!
Platypus Kitchen
If you’re looking for a refreshing lunch place, Platypus is good priced and they give you so.much.food!
They have several locations, check out their website, we tried their restaurant at the Bugis junction.

And they have this cool card concept where they invite people to get off the phone for a chance to actually interact. With actual people. How odd!
Check out their cool table topics:

Spago
For a little somethin’ else: located at the 57th floor of the infamous Marina Bay Sands, Spago has an unobstructed view over the Singapore skyline, bordered by their infamous infinity pool (access is only granted to hotel guests only, for obvious reasons)
We went there in our last day, and completely lost track of time whilst sipping on gin tonics and admiring the stormy skies.
For food, if you’re in need of a snack, do order the tempura and spicy tuna rolls.
The burger seemed to be very popular and came in decent size.
See their menus and prices here.

Happy wandering !
